Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please review the terms below carefully.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made 24+ Hours in Advance

  • Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of your payment
  • No cancellation fees apply
  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days

Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours

  • 50% Refund: You will receive a 50% refund of your payment, OR
  • Full Credit: Receive 100% credit toward a future booking (no expiration)
  • Credits can be applied to any of our services

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we cancel your activity due to unsafe weather or ocean conditions:

  • Full Refund: 100% refund with no penalties, OR
  • Reschedule: Option to reschedule at no additional charge
  • We will contact you as early as possible if weather conditions require cancellation
  • Safety is our top priority - we will never operate in unsafe conditions

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled activity without prior notice:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Full payment will be charged
  • We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you are running late

Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible:

  • Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours in advance: No charge
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours: Subject to availability, may incur a fee
  • We recommend booking 3-7 days in advance for best availability
  • Contact us as soon as you know you need to reschedule

Group Bookings

For groups of 6 or more:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for full refund
  • Partial cancellations (reducing group size) allowed up to 24 hours in advance
  • Custom group packages may have different cancellation terms (discussed at booking)

Special Events and Workshops

Special events, workshops, and custom experiences may have specific cancellation policies:

  • Cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at time of booking
  • Some events may require earlier cancellation notice
  • Non-refundable deposits may apply to certain special events

Medical or Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen:

  • In case of medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us
  • We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution
  • Documentation may be required for certain emergency claims

  • You will receive confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Venmo/PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Cash payments: Immediate refund or credit applied
