Booking Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-7 days in advance, especially during peak season (December-March). However, we often have same-day and next-day availability - just give us a call!
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancel within 24 hours and receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount. Contact us directly for custom group packages and corporate events.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. We will bill via Stripe linked invoice sent to your email. Click & Pay. Payment is typically due at the time of service, though we can invoice for group bookings.
